Hillside Commons offers the choice to use our Roommate Matching System. This easy-to-use questionnaire conveniently pairs compatible students of the same gender together based on their answers.
We are proud to be a pet friendly community! All residents that have a pet must submit a pet request to the leasing office. They will also be required to sign the Pet Addendum, Roommate Authorization Form, and required paperwork. Students with a pet must pay a refundable $250 security deposit and a $25 monthly pet fee.
Pursuant to the Federal Fair Housing Act, Hillside Commons is committed to making reasonable accommodations for a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal to live with a resident.
Both school-year and full-year leases are available.
Hillside Commons provides residents with free on-site parking access. All residents must obtain a Parking Permit Sticker in order to park in the on-site parking lot. Any vehicle parked in the lot without a sticker will be towed.
All units include stylish furnishings and cozy interior finishes. All common areas feature a sectional sofa, coffee table, 55” SMART HD flat screen TV, and a kitchen table. Bedrooms include a full-sized bed with a dual comfort hypoallergenic mattress, desk, desk chair, stackable dresser, and a walk-in closet.
Your Hillside Commons rent covers utilities such as high-speed Internet, sewer, trash, recycling, lawn care, and snow removal.
Residents of Hillside Commons are not charged a security deposit. All residents with an approved pet will need to pay a refundable $250 security deposit.
Hillside Commons is located less than one mile from The University of Alabama campus.
